LI:To strengthen my connections to our school CARE values

I am currently working on my Gold Respect badge. To achieve this my challenge is to complete 5 tasks that help me strengthen my connections to the PBS CARE value of Respect. Researching a person who is a well respected Aotearoa leader helps us to know more about them and what challenges they have come across. My challenge in this task was to complete a presentation on a respected Aotearoa leader. I created this DLO to show my understanding of the task.

I enjoyed doing this activity because learning more about a person who has shown respect to New Zealand, gives me pride, since they are representing a country not many people know about and also where I live.

Writing this letter helps me show appreciation to the teachers that have taught me to be a great student in my years at school. My challenge in this task was to write a thank you letter to a teacher or other staff member. I created this DLO to show my understanding of the task.

I enjoyed doing this activity because its good to show acknowledgement  to the teacher who taught me for 2 years.
